I was given an all clear from breast cancer in Jan 2022 after undergoing treatment.
I found that working with creativity was my deepest salvation and this rich vein has continued now I am on the other side.
I wrote a memoir about my experiences of cancer, and continue to blog regularly. I am an artist and use the medium of coloured pastels - check out my page and slide show of what I have done so far.
I enjoy teaching and practicing Qi Gong and developing new body forms that open understanding to Traditional Chinese Medicine. Showing others how to find useful acupressure points is a joy for me.
My in-person and on-line transitional mentoring programme seeks to support women in the midst of major life transitions with menopause, grief and health.
I run shiatsu clinics in various locations and particularly like to work with the deep water meridians to bring rest and balance. This focus on the Du mai channel up the spine and into the hips is key to my treatments.
I find Traditional Chinese Medicine fascinating and spend a lot of time researching health in relation to this modal of healing. I love that this ancient knowledge has such efficacy in our modern times.
I can often be found walking my cat Taz in the local fields, dancing in nature, and creating beauty of some kind.

I developed a passion for body related practices from a young age. I qualified hatha yoga teacher in 1997 in Rishikesh and went on to teach in New Mexico.
In 2002 I did a Contact yoga training with Tesh Ken Scott and Kamini Desai. The training combined Acro yoga, Partner yoga and Amrit hatha yoga and informed much of my early teaching. In 2006 I completed a nutritional course at Stonebridge College.
I went on to train with Donna Farhi on her sacral integrity and spinal alignment within practice course and completed a training in Yin yoga with Sarah Lo in 2017. I taught yoga based classes in Somerset, London, Turkey and Copenhagen from 2002.
I developed Meridian Body Flow whilst working at the Fisher King Centre in Glastonbury from 2006, which gently opens the meridians of related organs in the body and I qualified from the bristol school of shiatsu in 2010 and went on to develop a shiatsu practice. In 2012 I studied movement shiatsu with Bill Palmer which profoundly informed my sessions.
I became a Qi Gong teacher in 2019 after studying with Bob Lowey at the Samye Ling Tibetan Buddhist Centre in Scotland. I run shiatsu clinics in South West Uk, London, Turkey and Copenhagen.
Presently I offer shiatsu and mentoring and teach Qi Gong and simplified TCM.
